3rd Party Account Transfer  

Make a one-off transfer to another Maybank Savings or Current Account 

Notes:
1. Default transaction limit is RM3,000 per day.
2. To increase your transaction limit, please select Transaction Limit Maintenance.
3. The maximum limit for residents is RM30,000 each for 3rd party transfers and interbank GIRO transfers.
4. The maximum combined limit for non-residents is RM10,000 for both 3rd party transfers and interbank GIRO transfer.
5. There is no transfer limit to SMF accounts.
6. Fill in the recipient's email address for online notification (immediate transfers only).
7. The Recipient Reference field's input is mandatory to be filled by Customer with free text info..
8. The Other Payment Details field's input is optional to be filled by Customer with free text info.

 

Interbank Fund Transfer 

Make a one-off transfer to a local account

  1. Instant Transfer will be charged RM0.53 (S/C RM0.50 + GST RM0.03) per transaction. IBG will be charged RM0.11 (S/C RM0.10 + GST RM0.01) per transaction.
  2. Default transaction limit for interbank transfer is RM3,000 per day & the maximum limit is RM30,000. To change your transaction limit, please select Transaction Limit Maintenance.
  3. Malaysian residents, the transaction limit is a combination of IBFT & IBG. Non-residents, the transaction limit is a combination of IBFT, IBG and 3rd Party Account Transfers.
  4. Sender’s name will be disclosed to the beneficiary, if requested.
  5. IBFT is available from 4:30am to midnight daily including on Sat, Sun or PH. IBG schedule is as per below:

For unsuccessful IBG transaction performed on the same day by 5.00pm, the customer will receive the fund on the next buss. day by 11.00am. Selected Interbank Transfer transactions might be held up to approximately 30 minutes for verification purposes.

 

 

PURCHASING POLICY

  1. In order to avoid any misunderstanding causes via Online transactions. Kindly read the following rules and regulations before place order, Thanks for your cooperation.
  2. The price for each product that you order is the price that appears on the Web site.
  3. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Your package will be shipped by Poslaju.
  4. Shipping and transport charges as well as the applicable sales taxes are in addition.
  5. We have the right to modify at any time the prices of the products shown on the Web site, without notice.
  6. All shown prices are in RM(Ringgit Malaysia).
  7. The prices of the products shown on the Web site can differ from the prices in our  boutiques.
  8. In the eventual occurrence of an error during an online purchase you will be contacted by a representative, either by phone or email, and if applicable, an adjustment can be made. For example, a product is no longer available, a taxation error occurred, etc.
  9. After deposit  or payment, change or cancel the order is strictly not available and not refundable. Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
  10. Priority will be given based on a first come first serve basis. Please note that oder is not confirm or secure until payment has been received.

If we cannot deliver any of the products ordered because they are out of stock, you will be advised by e-mail or by phone.
